Focus Institute is committed to providing the most effective and comprehensive program available to assist with any personal, family, or workplace circumstance which limits one's ability to function at optimal levels of success. These services will be affordable, universally available, and easily accessible. what makes us unique? Several things make Focus Institute unique in the field of EAP providers. For one, we offer services in the area of personal financial management. Financial services range from debt reduction and management to establishing investment programs. In addition to providing the assessment, referral, and crisis intervention services other EAPs offer, Focus Institute includes 6 free counseling or problem solving visits per problem for an employee and his/her family. These free sessions are not charged to insurance, so the employee is not charged co-pay and the employer's healthcare benefits cost does not increase. Focus Institute offers expert consultation and training for supervisors and managers, including annual training and classes at no charge. Focus Institute provides a significant discount for additional seminars and workshops available on a wide variety of topics. benefits of eap Research studies demonstrate the benefits of EAP:
