Our EAP program offers FREE, CONFIDENTIAL sessions to employees and their families. The maximum number of free sessions per employee, per issue, varies according to our agreement with the employer. These free sessions are not charged to insurance, so the employee is not charged co-pay and the employer's healthcare benefits cost does not increase.

Roadblocks to success manifest themselves in a variety of issues such as: excessive debt, marital or family problems, workplace conflict, substance abuse, emotional issues, stress and any other concern that may have a negative effect on an employee's job performance or that limits one's effectiveness.
